ADM Alumni Association Outing

The ADM Alumni Outing is now going to a two day event! 

Thursday, August 8th – 8am Shotgun

Friday, August 9th – 8am Shotgun

 

Pre-registration is required to participate.  Register NOW to ensure your participation in the upcoming tournament!!!

– If you plan to play with someone, please confirm with that individual before submitting this form.
– Please submit full payment with this registration form for all golfers listed above. To guarantee play, all registration forms with full payment must be received by July 17.   In the event that we exceed capacity, reservations will be held on a PAID IN FULL TEAM, first come, first fully paid basis.   SOFT SPIKES ARE MANDATORY!  No alcoholic beverages may be brought onto the course.
